Students Reached

Team Orange is committed to investing in the next generation of engineers. We want students to see what being an engineer looks like, and to see what a rewarding and exciting career path it is!

We’ve had the opportunity to present our work to students ranging from 6th grade to junior year of college. Whether introducing younger students to engineering for the first time or encouraging upperclassmen to participate in opportunities like Speedfest, we believe that investing in others is the best way to move our field forward.

The design of Monarch was presented off-campus at Sequoyah Middle School, Meridian Technology Center, Francis Tuttle Technology Center, and the AIAA Region 4 Student Conference at Rice University. The Monarch team presented on OSU’s campus in Parker Hall, and the Applied Aerodynamics Class!
